Q1 Is there anything I need to prepare?

A. The therapist will bring all the necessary items for the treatment, such as towels and oil, so there is nothing for you to prepare. Please wait in comfortable clothing.

Q.2 Is it okay to have the treatment anywhere?

A. Please ensure that the space is mainly indoors and that the customer has space to lie down and relax (a bed or an alternative space). Treatment must be carried out in a safe and clean environment. Please note that we may refuse to provide services in dangerous or unsanitary places, or if the therapist deems it difficult to provide treatment.

Q.3 Can I call a therapist to the hotel?

A. Yes, you can. However, some hotels may restrict the entry of outside companies. If you are staying at a city hotel or business hotel, we ask that you check with the front desk in advance to see if they offer outcall massage services.

Q.5 I would like to know about cancellation fees. A. There is no cancellation fee before a match is made (a reservation is confirmed). If you cancel a confirmed reservation after a match is made, a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee may be charged depending on the time until the reservation date and time.
